  • Author Standards and Guidelines

HR Performance Sites, Inc. is pleased to consider articles, commentaries, case studies, practices, research papers, white papers and books for publication.

HR Performance Sites, Inc. seeks and welcomes diverse and contrary opinions. All contributors, however, should recognize our knowledge, information and measurement orientation, and submissions should be based on experience, research or logical constructs. Although our readers welcome commercial submissions, authors should note that the less overtly sales-driven, the more seriously and better the work will be received.

We prefer articles and commentary to be between 400 and 1,500 words. Shorter pieces will be considered for appropriate features. Case studies and research and white papers can be considerably longer and may be placed in appropriate OPG Pubishing libraries. All contributions will at least be introduced in an electronic distribution. If you are interested in publishing a resource or book please contact Info@HRPSites.com. We will consider reprints that have appeared in other publications, print or electronic. We also welcome book excerpts.

For original works, we assume first electronic rights for our distributions plus the right to archive the material online on our Web site for not less than one year after publication. Contributions may be withdrawn from the Web site upon the author's request after one year. For reprints, we accept non-exclusive electronic rights, including the one-time right to publish the material in our distributions and the right to post the material online, as stated above.

We will acknowledge all submissions within two weeks. However, because we often solicit articles several months in advance, accepted articles may not be published for several months.

Query or send complete manuscripts to Info@HRPSites.com. Contributions are accepted as MS Word attachments.

If you have any ideas, comments or suggestions concerning any HR Performance Sites, Inc. content, please send your feedback to Info@HRPSites.com.
